This weekend (8th-9th December) will be the Opensimulator Community Conference, which sees a wide range of speakers from across the Opensimulator commmunity. There are two days of presentations talking on a range of uses of the Opensimulator software from the hypergrid to educational simulations.
The OpenSimulator Community Conference is an annual conference that focuses on the developer and user community creating the OpenSimulator software. Organized as a joint production by Core Developers of OpenSimuator and AvaCon, the virtual conference features presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and social events across diverse sectors of the OpenSimulator user base. I will be there this year talking on the "Experiences through the Hypergrid" panel discussion on Sunday, December 9th at 12:30pm - 1:30pm (PDT). I will be speaking about HG Traveller and will be joined by Mal Burns, Han Held, John Lester and Crista Lopes and am very much looking forward to it. You can see my profile, bio and session details (here)

I have made the OSCC18 conference a featured post and teleporter on the HG Traveller grid (hgtraveller.com:8002) so you can visit the region and take the white teleporter directly to the conference grid. Or you can use this hypergrid address (cc.opensimulator.org:8002) to get to the conference.
Look forward to seeing you there and hearing the inspiring and creative projects from Opensimulator community.

HG Traveller

Opensimulator exploring, one region at a time. I really enjoy travelling to different grids and seeing the creations of other people meeting and making friends as I go.
